Had an issue with power head and they sent me a new complete unit and all attachments. Great customer service

Love the 4 in 1 multi yard care tool. It works perfectly and Is convenient because I don't have to worry about whether it is going to start when I need it however we purchased an edger attachment with it but did not know it did not fit the tool I purchased and when I went to send it back I was told I had to pay the shipping which was $86 for an attachment worth $79. Which was not going to happen.
It was not specified on their website that it did not fit and they did not question why I purchased an attachment, that did not fit on the tool that I bought!

Plenty powerful for a battery. Haven't used it too much yet but am happy so far. The instructions could be a bit more detailed though.

So to give a back story, my husband didn't listen to me, bought a weed eater that's orange cause it was cheaper than the Wild Badger I had my eye on. So his little machine that's gas/oil mixed broke first use and even with warranty had been 5 weeks waiting for the part. I said enough is enough and ordered the 4 in 1 multi yard care. He was upset at first but I didn't care, yard was looking pretty gross. Within a few days it arrived and when husband got it charged up and ready to go I saw pure excitement in his eyes. The power alone beats out anything he has ever had. Super easy to change attachments and battery life is superb. It even has a strap to put over shoulder that helped his back. I am very happy with this tool set. Now I need it to stop raining so I can use the pole saw

Easy to adjust cutting height. I can customize the cut based on my lawns needs.

Provides great, even cuts. My lawn looks professional every time I use it.
